Sanjay Nasta
Executive Officer

Sanjay Nasta is the CEO and founder of MicroAssist, Inc. Since the inception of the company, Mr. Nasta has personally worked with MicroAssist’s customers and successfully managed and led many projects. Mr. Nasta was the lead trainer on the Motorola project, project manager on the McGinnis, Lochridge and Kilgore network system transition, and the project manager on Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Records web site. Mr. Nasta graduated from the University of Texas.

Donald Twining
Operating Officer

Donald Twining rejoins MicroAssist as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), and brings over fifteen years of success in providing comprehensive business management and information systems solutions as well as developing informative and motivational training programs. As COO, he leads MicroAssist’s business operations from logistics and planning to executing training and integration projects and providing customer care. He also plays a key role in the development and support of the corporation’s strategic partnerships.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Twining was the President of Practical Applications in Houston and provided leadership for shaping many corporate business strategies. He also established MicroAssist’s Houston office and coordinated and conducted training initiatives as Operations Manager.

Mr. Twining holds a Masters of Science in MIS from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University.

Hiram Kuykendall
Technical Officer

Hiram Kuykendall is a technical leader with over ten years of solid real world experience in application and infrastructure design. Specialties include software development management, database administration and system engineering. Prior to joining MicroAssist in 1995, he accumulated extensive experience working for various Texas state agencies as well as the private sector. He received his degree from UT, and he is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Joachim Strenk
Business Development

Joachim Strenk joined MicroAssist in the spring of 1992 and has been instrumental in the continuing success story of MicroAssist. Till 2005 Mr. Strenk was tasked with supervising the training division of MicroAssist, and had administrative responsibilities in all three divisions of MicroAssist.  Because of his tremendous experiences over the past 15 years he is know the VP for Business development.  Mr. Strenk is active in the Texas Army National Guard and just recently returned to us from a 12 month deployment to Kosovo.  He currently serves as the Commander of the 3-141st Infantry Battalion.  Mr. Strenk received his B.S. degree from Oregon State University.

Lena Wood
IT Services & Infrastructure

Since 1998, Lena Wood has been responsible for the IT Services division of MicroAssist.  She has played a crucial part in the infrastructure design of all of MicroAssist's projects.  Lena has strong expertise in Microsoft networks, enterprise document, e-mail and fax systems.  Ms. Wood is a graduate of St. Edwards University with degree in Computer Science.  She is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and an Interwoven engineer.
